Some general information
- The annual taxes are $1033 Cdn.
- We have completed many upgrades to the building in the past 5 years, the roof is new (done in 1998). Plumbing and electrical, for the most part, are less than 5 years old.
- Property has two drilled wells (2 year old deep well pump in use) with lots of water (water tested in last 6 months and is very clean). There is also a 60 gallon pressure tank, 40 gallon hot water heater and water softener.
- There is a 200 amp electric service that is 3 phase (great for hooking up a potter's kiln). The hydro bill is approx. $180 a month, which is very reasonable. The building is heated with two wood stoves with electric baseboard as backup.
- Located in the nice neighborhood of North Head, it is central to all amenities, and is just a 5 minute walk to the ferry.
